Cons: Cables very short. I have a full ATX case and motherboard, the cables barely reach two-thirds of the way from the bay to my motherboard.

Overall Review: I wish the cables where longer. At the time I bought this, there was no description listing the length of the cables. Watch out, double check your motherboard specifications. If you don't have the new 20 pin I/O ports being used for USB3 the you won't be able to use them. I couldn't find a PCI card that offered these USB3 pin-outs when I bought this, so shame on me for assuming I could.
