Power Requirements
To ensure proper charging, your USB-C charger must support 15V/3A output. Most phone or tablet USB-C chargers do not support 15V and will not work. We recommend using a 45W PD charger or higher that clearly lists 15V/3A

Troubleshooting
1. LED flashes: This means your charger has insufficient power. Please use a USB-C charger that supports 15V/3A and 45W or above
2. Phone or tablet charger doesnt work: Most phone and pad chargers do not support 15V output or have less than 45W power, and therefore cannot be used. Older USB-C chargers also may not meet the requirement
3. LED does not light up: Try using a different 15V/3A 45W charger. If it still doesnt work, please contact us via your Amazon order page or seller profile
This cable only supports charging. It does not support data transfer or video output
