To turn RGB off or back on; hold the RGB button down for several seconds.  To change colors just press it for a split second each time you want a change.

What is the difference between RTX 2060 and GTX 1660?

The rtx 2060 is better and will run ray tracing while the other cant and you will get more fps on the 2060 and the 2060 can run vr, but there good cards and are both good for streaming and gaming

I got my PC and it says it comes with 16 gigs of ram however in the task manager it says that the PC only has 8 gigs of installed ram. Does anyone have a solution for that?

I guess the only thing you can do is buy new ram, they're not that expensive. I recommend getting some ripjaws, upgrade up to 16 or 32.

Can i use two monitors with this tower?

The GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card has 3 Display ports and 1 HDMI port. You could connect up to 4 monitors.
Mine has a 15 pin Monitor port on the Motherboard as well.  ( might depend on which Motherboard you get - they are brand-name boards, but not specified)

Can it run 240fps with a 244 hz monitor?

no it will not best bet is to eithier do a a 144hz because it does constant 144 no matter what settings on fortnite but warzone is anywhere from 70fps to 100fps but best is to either do 244hz or a 160hz

Keyboard is very comfortable, good touch for typing  and has 3 color/ light options  plus 'off'.  mouse is a gaming mouse a bit larger than my standard mouse, but lighted & comfortable fit. Long, flexible cloth covered cords.  My one disappointment is that I've only had my computer for one month and the black started wearing off the keys within 2 weeks. 
I use the computer a few hours a day for work  and do use it for gaming, but use a controller - it's not the directional keys (ASDE) / gaming wear that is causing the key paint to wear  paint,  it's normal typing on ALL keys.
