Pros: This is a great laptop, plenty of power, light and not to hot running. Fast shipping and great service. Updated drivers from the Asus web site and added security software. We don't game but all the other software runs fast.
Cons: None
Overall Review: A little short on physical storage, but looking thru Asus 'self repair manual,' we see that a 2.5 inch hard drive is a possible add.
Great computer for the price12/16/2021 10:31:03 AM
Pros: This isn't a gaming laptop. But for me, it's a godsend because it replaces a 10-year-old PC. I use it mostly for writing and a little light gaming through Steam. I wouldn't try playing the newest PC games as it's not designed for them. But it holds up well with my Civilization VI.
Cons: Nothing so far
Overall Review: I would absolutely recommend this computer for the price of you're in the market for a mid-range Windows PC to hold down the fort for the next 4-5 years.
Pros: VERY NICE LAPTOP LOVE THE SPEED OF WHICH IT BOOTS UP KEYBOARD FEELS EXCELLENT THE BACKLIT KEYS ARE GREAT AND CAN BE SET AT DIFFERENT BRIGHTNESS .
Cons: COULD HAVE PUT A CRADLE AND CABLE IN FOR EXTRA SSD HDD
Overall Review: This is the first laptop I have ever bought and I love it. It is so fast and to me the screen looks great. The keyboard is comfortable and the usb ports are nice with the C port for androids for fast data transfer. The battery lasts a long time on a charge. I would highly recommend this laptop to others hard to beat the quality at this price.

So far, so good.2/26/2022 9:08:56 AM
Pros: Very easy to set up
The internet speed is fast
Extremely light in weight
Great price
Cons: I like the product, the only issue I had was it took a while for delivery, but that was through USPS to a PO Box.
Overall Review: So far I would recommend this product, I don't have any issues with it. And, I recommend purchasing through Newegg. It was my first time purchasing through them, and I'm finding that they are a reliable company.

Price to performance a great choice.10/1/2021 11:40:06 AM
Pros: Awesome CPU & PC design at this price point.
Upgradeable memory & the ability to add a 2.5" drive (with install kit)
Cons: USB-C ports not able to output display so you have to utilize the HDMI port which is disappointing having to plug in multiple things when docking the PC.
No USB-C charging but I knew that pre purchase, just a downer for a modern PC
PC doesn't come wired for the 2.5" drive so you have to purchase an install kit. (https://amzn.to/3B4Edxr)
Overall Review: Probably the best PC you can get at this price point.

Good but with an odd flaw.5/7/2022 12:31:13 PM
Pros: Lightweight, has USB Type-A ports as well as a Type-C. Display looks good, no off-angle issues thanks to the IPS panel.
Cons: As others have mentioned, the Type-C port does not support display out so any Type-C hubs with HDMI or DVI will not work but the other hub ports such as USB or ethernet-in will work fine. I've purchased close to 15 laptops and a few desktops for my employer recently and I have never seen this before. It's not a limitation of the processor either, I don't think any modern APUs have this problem so it's likely the chipset. I thought it was the hub at first, then the cable, then the port being damaged. I at least give credit to Asus tech support for not trying to dodge the issue and after consulting with other technicians, telling me directly that the port could not support displays. This means in a work scenario you'll most likely have a Type-C hub for ethernet-in and additional USB ports and then a Type-A to HDMI adapter for a second monitor, which will work. Dual external monitors is pretty standard these days and is the actual standard at my employer. The additional equipment cost to overcome this limitation as well as the initial confusion and labor cost diagnosing the issue is unfortunate and offsets the money you think you're saving.
Overall Review: Good work laptop so far but with a flaw that absolutely affects business use and most likely home use as well, depending on the user.
Pros: This is a great laptop, plenty of power, light and not to hot running. Fast shipping and great service. Updated drivers from the Asus web site and added security software. We don't game but all the other software runs fast.
Cons: None
