Auto shut-off with double anti-dry burn protection
1. NTC anti-dry protection: If built-in NTC detects temp exceeds 221°F, kettle will automatically power off and stop heating.
2. Thermostat anti-dry-boil protection: if dry-boil exceeds 257°F, metal shrapnel of the kettle will automatically power off.
Keep warm for 24h
1. Default keep-warm temp is 212°F. Press temp key to adjust your desired temperature.
2. Smart keep warm function holds temp by default for 8 hours, with maximum hold time up to 24 hours.
