Is this the digital or physical copy of the program?

I purchase the physical copy and received within 5 days; it’s nice software for beginners and there are plenty of instructional videos on YouTube and also if you want you can look for a DVD instructional Video but Smith Micro also has some Tutorial Videos on their website.

I have a desktop and a laptop.  Once I purchase this item can I install it on both of them or does it only allow one install?

Yes you can install on both computers but there is a five computers limit on how many you can have installed at once.
