That question is vague and has many followup questions to answer accurately. Take in mind the throughout mbps being an estimated 300mbps with DPI license installed and configured. With no DPI license, know that your connection to your ISP is bottlenecked to the ISP bandwidth and not more than 1G capable. You can break out as many subnets as you want, DMZ's included, and have great internal network performance, given that your layer 2 is configured accordingly. I'd limit this device to no more than 150 nodes connected to the cloud. Your bandwidth will be the delimiter factor as to how many nodes this device can support in your scenario.

I know that the Sonicwall 24X7 Dynamic Support will not be included with this product but are there any other features that are not included?

All licensing that's available for the device will have to be purchased several, but don't let that scare you away. What I will tell you, the hardware only sonicwall works superbly out of the box. If you are knowledgeable with firewall configurations utilizing groups and objects, then this is a great choice. I got it for the throughput and potential of what purchasing license would give me. It has license trials, so you can test the licensed features. I believe it has a few vpn licenses by default, it you do site to site, but I don't have that need for mine. You'll need a seperate solution for wireless. I hope this helps.
