will I be able to register this or is this a "grey market" device that I will have problems with Dell over? This would be my 2nd attempt to buy a TZ600 from Newegg.

I have purchased this item from Newegg and had no problems what so ever. Remember there is a big difference between buying "on" Newegg and buying "from" Newegg. You always need to take the extra step to select Newegg as the seller or your mileage will always vary. This is my biggest gripe from Newegg and it is killing their reputation.
