Yes, its not called a guest network, but you can configure wireless so it is on its own subnet isolated from the internal network.

You should be able to google the technique to do this.

It only comes with 1 SSL VPN license.  You have to purchase additional license if you need more.  
I was disappointed by this.  I did not purchase the additional license.

Since my Internet download speed is only 40Mbps, does it matter to me if I order the TZ-100 or the TZ-205. These devices cannot improve my Internet speed, correct? Even if I am using a site-to-site branch VPN from my home to my work office? Would there be some improvement if I purchased the TZ-205 over the TZ-105? It seems, again, Internet bandwidth speed is the bottleneck so neither model would be better? Am I correct in my thinking?

You are correct.  The 105 will be just what your looking for.  As a side note, I have deployed a couple of these the last few months, and they rock.

Is this price for the TZ-105 W AND 1 year of Total Secure?

Can't hand on heart say yes as we always upgrade to 2 yr coverage on all appliances but other online stores are including the one year Total Secure for the same money. That would lead me to believe that ours did include the one year when purchased from Newegg.
