Question 1

Does it come with 2 free Global VPN licenses. Also, what other free license that will come with and does the warranty include support and firmware upgrade???

Mixed Answer: Dell seems to be phasing out this model, probably replaced by TZ SOHO model, so I can't find this model # on their model matrix.  However, there is one matrix that shows this with 1 IPsec VPN (Global VPN Client) and 2 SSL VPN licenses (which is what most VPN Admins prefer to use these days anyway).  If you're going to be doing multiple VPNs, you might want to look at the low end NSA models (they start with dual processors). Question 2

Is this product licensed for the US?  The country code sticker on the side of the box should have a US in there.  It must have the US in order to install the software license.

My IT guy set it up no problem so I would assume it was a non issue.  This is the 2nd one of this same item TZ215W I bought from NewEgg and both were set up and licensed no problem. Hope that helps.
