It can play other PS4 games. It just comes with the a copy of Destiny 2 and it's a white console with a white controller

The PS4 Pro does not play 4K UHD discs. It will stream 4K content but there's no 4K disc drive. I hope that helps!

The back of the box says that the voucher code expires in 9/6/2019 which is two years from release.
