Frequently Asked Questions (Troubleshooting & Tips) Q: Why does the screen say "NO FILES FOUND"? A: This is the most common issue and happens if your video resolution or bitrate is too high. The device supports standard MP4 and MOV formats up to 1080p resolution. It does not support 4K videos. If you shot your video in 4K on a newer smartphone, please use a free computer tool (like Handbrake or CloudConvert) to compress it to 1080p before loading. Q: Can I use videos recorded on my iPhone? A: Yes! Standard iPhone .mov files are fully compatible. Just drag and drop them directly into the device folder via your computer. Vertical videos (9:16) will automatically display with black bars on the sides to preserve the image quality without stretching. Q: I need more space. Can I format the drive? A: DO NOT FORMAT THE DEVICE. Formatting will completely erase the internal system software and render the card unusable.
