Do you need to plug this into your power supply? I just got this shipped to my house and I put it in my cell dimension 2400 and it's not even showing up on the screen.

I do not recall having to plug it into power supply.  Make sure you are connected to the card and not the motherboard output.  You may have to flip a switch in the software to use the card and not integrated motherboard video (if so equipped)

Is this Windows7 compatible ?

I found this card not only to work with Windows 7-64 bit but for the dollar amount I happy with the results I received in the PC that I am using it in. Now don't get me wrong, if you are trying to get high scores on equipment for gaming, this card is not for getting a high rating, go ahead and spend $500.00 or more for the higher end cards.

Yes. It should work. Nvidia's website says it will. It won't play games are their fullest but it will run them

Can I run two of these cards so that I may use three monitors? Windows & Pro 64 bit in a hp dc7800. I have 4 PCI slots and one PCIe slot but cant find a single slot PCIe card to run three monitors.

I can't be any help here ... I added it to an older machine just to use it on an HDTV -- works excellent for me.

Does this card support desktop rotation in windows 7?  I am using it in an arcade cabinet so I need to be able to rotate my display on the fly.

what is the wattage requirment for the pc you want to put card in?

quick version....300w PSU will do.  does not need external power. the pci slot powers the card.  Pretty much any modern pc made in the last 7 years with a pci slot should run the card just fine.
