Hitman: Intro Pack is a downloadable Xbox One game from Square Enix that includes the Prologue and Paris episode, plus Contracts Mode, Escalation Mode, elusive targets, and other live content for those locations. It suits mature-rated players looking for an introduction to Agent 47’s contract-hit missions.
Recommended For
- Players who enjoy stealth as a puzzle: observe routines, find disguises and routes, then experiment with different ways to eliminate the targets in the Paris sandbox.
- Replay-focused players who want to revisit Paris for its different approaches, challenges, and player-created Contracts rather than move through a new location every mission.
- Xbox One players who want to try the Prologue and Paris mission before deciding whether to buy more of the 2016 game; this Intro Pack includes those locations, not the full season.
- Players who prefer planning and disguises over frequent gunfights, and enjoy working out how to reach a target without drawing attention.
Real-World Use Scenarios
- A player new to HITMAN can use the Prologue training missions to learn how to move through guarded areas, use disguises, and approach a target; this provides a guided introduction before tackling the Paris mission.
- A player who enjoys planning rather than rushing can explore the Paris fashion-show venue, listen for useful information, and try different disguises and routes; the mission supports several ways to reach and eliminate its targets.
- A player who has finished the Paris mission once can replay it to test a different disguise, route, or target approach; experimenting with alternatives is a central part of the game’s replay experience.
- A player looking for a repeatable challenge can create or play Contracts in the Prologue and Paris locations, selecting targets and trying to complete the assigned hit; this gives familiar areas a different objective.
- A player who wants more structure than freeform exploration can try Escalation missions in the included locations; successive stages add constraints, so completing the objective calls for adapting the approach.
- A returning player can attempt an active Elusive Target in the Prologue or Paris location, using the information and routes available to plan a one-off assassination; this scenario applies only when such live content is available.
