Does anybody know if this will come with the Cloud DLC?

Has anyone got a status update on this pre-order?  Came out on the 11th and I don't have any shipping info yet....  and its unavailable for purchase now....  Personally I pre ordered on 2/4/2014

Any info on the cloud strife outfit with the preorder? It was asked below, seems like it didn't get an answer.

The Cloud Strife SOLDIER 1st Class DLC should come with all preorders of Final Fantasy XIII-3, but I don't see any mention of it in the description here. Newegg, can you confirm the DLC will be included with preorders placed with you?

I don't have the answer, but it was advertised at one point and now it's gone. What happened Newegg?! I might have to cancel my pre-order if it doesn't come with the Cloud Strife SOLDIER 1st Class DLC. Oh well.
