does it come with a cord to connect to the console?

No it doesn't ...just the peel grips ...your not getting a controller ...just stickers to put on to your controller...it's nice if you have a problem with holding on to your controller ..(most people don't)And after awhile you miss having your old controller

Alll this product is the black part you see.  it's not the whole controller. I thought it was as well until I received it in the mail.
