Milk Guidelines: Milk should be as fresh and cold as possible. Cow's milk with 3% or high fat content works best. Alternative milks can be attempted, but whether they will yield results depends on the fat content of the alternative milks.
Why does the product stop working briefly?
The milk frother features overheat protection. If it shuts down due to high temperature, all four lights will flash as a reminder. Please do not worry! This is not a machine failure. Simply allow it to cool down before using it again.
Which milk froths better?
For optimal foaming results, we suggest using whole milk (3% fat or higher). You can also try oat milk or almond milk, but keep in mind that the foaming effect may vary based on the fat content.
How to prevent milk from burning?
Avoid heating milk repeatedly for a long time and wash it as soon as possible after use to prevent milk residue from settling at the bottom and causing the milk to burn.
How should we clean it?
This product has a special non-stick coating on the inside, so cleaning up is a breeze! Just rinse it under running water and gently wipe it dry with a soft cloth. Just a heads up, be careful not to get the button or base section wet.
What is the quantity limits?
For creating foam, use a minimum of 2.5oz/75ml and a maximum of 5.1oz/150ml. When heating milk, the maximum amount is 13.5oz/400ml. To prevent overflowing, ensure that the amount of milk added remains below the marked line, without submerging it.
