What is the length?  It is not specified.

The length (without it being in front of me) is about 5" from end to end. Just enough for a slight bend needed to connect your two device without fear of a tight pinch. This is a great product that I have used for multiple connection types. I would recommend this product and have purchased it a few times to increase stock. My recommendation is to buy.

Hi....I need to do the opposite; go from a HDMI port on my PC to a Display Port on my monitor; will this adapter do that?

I can't test that with my own gear, but HDMI and DisplayPort are both bi-directional, so it seems likely that it would work.
From the HDMI standard website:

As I understand it, HDMI cables are limited to 30 fps, while Displayport can go up to 60 fps. If I use an adapter (such as this), will I receive the benefit of 60 fps, or will I still be limited to 30 fps?

Sorry, Jacob, but I don't know the answer to your question!  I don't use this machine for gaming, so refresh rate is not important to me.  I would guess that only StarTech would know the answer to your question.
