What is the length? It is not specified.

The length (without it being in front of me) is about 5" from end to end. Just enough for a slight bend needed to connect your two device without fear of a tight pinch. This is a great product that I have used for multiple connection types. I would recommend this product and have purchased it a few times to increase stock. My recommendation is to buy.

Hi....I need to do the opposite; go from a HDMI port on my PC to a Display Port on my monitor; will this adapter do that? Thanks....Larry

I can't test that with my own gear, but HDMI and DisplayPort are both bi-directional, so it seems likely that it would work. From the HDMI standard website: HDMI supports two-way communication between the video source (such as a DVD player) and the DTV, enabling new functionality From the DisplayPort standard website: DisplayPort delivers the highest audio, display, and bi-directional communications performance in the industry.

How can I connect a hdmi PC to a display port monitor?

Darryl L is right, they exist but are very expensive.

What connectors are available on the StarTech.com DP2HDMI2 DisplayPort to HDMI Video Converter?

The converter has one HDMI 19pin female connector and one DisplayPort male connector.

What resolutions does the StarTech.com DP2HDMI2 DisplayPort to HDMI Video Converter support?

The converter supports resolutions up to 1920x1200 and 1080p.

As I understand it, HDMI cables are limited to 30 fps, while Displayport can go up to 60 fps. If I use an adapter (such as this), will I receive the benefit of 60 fps, or will I still be limited to 30 fps?

Sorry, Jacob, but I don't know the answer to your question! I don't use this machine for gaming, so refresh rate is not important to me. I would guess that only StarTech would know the answer to your question.
