Will this if connected to a computer display out to both the hdmi and the vga at the same time? tv hooked up to hdmi and the avg port hooked up to a computer flat scfreen moniter so video shows at same time on both for viewing

HDMI and display port on my set up and it works fine. I cannot imagine that any other combination would work equally well.

This appears o allow VGA output from laptop to an HDMI monitor. Am I correct???
