Pros: Worked out of the box with my Ubuntu 9.10 system. Sound is very clear with no background static. Microphone input is very clean. Just plugged it into an open USB port and settings for it showed up in the mixer. I use it primarily for a headset interface, so I can't make any claims towards the "7.1" channels. Very good performace for the price.

Cons: None. Works without any problems

Overall Review: I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product to another Ubuntu user.

Overall Review: When the jack went bad on the KYBD this USB adapter did the job. Works good.

Pros: Is easy as plug and play. No drivers needed for Windows 10

Cons: Seems like the casing is a bit flimsy.

Overall Review: The downloaded software is needed for 7-1 and provides some extra functions. This is perfect for restoring line in and headphones in on a laptop with unavailable windows 10 driver function on its built in laptop jacks.

Pros: it worked right out of the box and installed its self on my computer

Cons: after about 8 months when you bump it the sound only goes to one side of my headphones and you just have to twist the cable to fix it

Pros: Works as advertised, I bent mine in half accidentally putting to much stress on it with other cables and it STILL WORKED. Originally I bought it because the sound card on my pc went out.

Cons: Don't use it anymore because I had to end up reimaging my pc anyway so I got the sound card working again, and since I don't use it, I lost it somewhere in this house lol

Overall Review: I received this external sound card 3 days ago and it is working as I expected it to. The audio quality is clear and good on my headphones with no static or any other problems. On a Mac be sure to go to System Preferences and change the output choice to this device.
