Does this have Windows 10 drivers or is it forced to use legacy drivers?

Good thing that you asked before buying lol. I found out the hard way after making the purchase that Windows 10 and Firewire dont get along very well if you know what I mean. Most forums that I found were recommending legacy drivers due to issues users were having with the drivers that are provided by the vendor. There are also certain firewire devices that do not work well if at all with Windows 10. This became more the case with the latest update of Windows 10. Many devices (including my Liquid Saffire 56 Audio Interface) are no longer compatible to run on Windows 10 under the current update. Personally I would recommend fireware as a last resort only with Windows 10. If you absolutely must use Firewire for your purposes make sure that your device is supported by the current windows version. If not and you absolutely need the device try rolling back the update to the previous version, and use Legacy Drivers.
