Does this product support Windows 7? If so, what additional cables are needed to attach and power an internal SATA HD?

Just plug it in a PCI express slot. The only other thing that plugs in is theSATA cables from whatever device that requires SATA. I put it in a Windows 7 computer, to use with a media dashboard. It comes with a small disc containing the drivers required.
