how much memory does it have?

This is just an extension/addition of hardware. It does not have memory. It just adds legacy PS2 mouse and Keyboard via USB. The mainboard drives this unit with its resources.

Will this allow a PS2 keyboard to access the BIOS at boot up before the windows operating system loads? Does this require loading software drivers before using?

Will enter the Bios at boot, its a little flimsy as far as materials go but it works. Works also with KVM switch, the reason this was purchased.
