Standard Molex PC connector.  Uses the red and black wires, which I believe are 12V.  It is a cpu cooler and not a case fan.  Therefore it is a variable speed fan, controlled by the cpu fan circuit.

1: runs about 200 RPM faster
2: consumes about twice the power (your fan consumes 0.14 amps, this fan consumes 0.25 amps)
3: has 75% CFM air flow of your fan (your fan: 28.18 CFM, this fan 21.33 CFM)

This fan fits a processor best sink and uses the standard 12 volt, 3 pin connector to power the processor fan. It screws directly to the heatsink. I do no know the cfm.
