Question 1

Is your power adapter compatible with one requiring 120V. 60Hz, 19 watts with an output of 12VDC & 1000mA?  I dropped mine for my homedics back pleaser - and I guess it didn't like that !  What makes these power adapters so sensitive that they can break from a small fall?

You Would Be Better Off with New Egg Item Number 9SIA4RM1H23072 which is nearly an exact replacement for the one you dropped.

Is the 12 vdc plug a female contact  or a pin contact ?

Question 3

I have this item but lost the US plug clip.  It doesn't work without it. Do you sell this part or know where to get a replacement one?

I don't know if it will help but, I also have an ac adapter made by Union East (model ace024a-12) that came with an external Seagate drive that uses this same clip.
