No it does not come with a DIN rail mounting kit, and their website shows no such accessory option.

what is the power requirement?

7-24 V DC from the terminals, but if the devices you have plugged in are not drawing a significant amount from the ports, the computer USB port can easily power it as a standard hub and you do not need the external power.
