Does this KVM come with connector cables?

No, and not only does it not come with any connector cables, it's a garbage KVM you will regret buying. Stay away is my advice - this has been one of the worst KVM's I've ever used.

Does the product work with VGA to DisplayPort?

Nope. Only has display port sockets. You would need an adapter (if one exists)
