A user mentioned,"No power Cord included", is this in fact true? I understand the kvm cables aren't included, but no power cord?

You dont need one if your USB is plugged into a device that supplies 4.5 VDC, this will then power the KVM switch. I purchased the power adaptor and did not use it.

What cables are required to servers to this unit?

I used: StarTech 15 ft. USB+VGA 2-in-1 KVM Switch Cable SVUSB2N1_15. You can get them in 6' as well. StarTech's 2 Port KVM switch comes with two 6' cables, however for some reason the 4 Port does not.

Does this work with a wireless mouse and keyboard? I have read about issues with KVM's and logitech unifiying receivers not working at all, where as Microsoft wireless sets work fine. Looking at getting this for an environment that NEEDS wireless mouse and keyboard.

Unfortunately, I am not able to give an answer. I use a USB Kensington mouse and USB Dell keyboard. I have never tried out a wireless keyboard or mouse with the KVM switch. On another note, this is my 2nd StarTech KVM switch. The first one lasted about 4 years. After a couple of years, I lost the use of 1 node. Then a couple of years after that I lost another, which forced me to buy a new one.
