Yes, however I would recommend using a BT adapter equal to or greater than the BT capabilities of your headset (this one is bluetooth 2.1)

work with mac os 10.75?

It works great, I have a 2007 Mac w/no bluetooth and now I added both keyboard and mouse and they work fine and my Mac has OX 10.7.5. Hope this helps you.
