anyone have to call customer service, if so how was the experience?

My first unit had a noisy fan. I messaged Super flower via Newegg, they responded promptly and requested a sound recording which i provided. They created replacement RMA and within days i received my replacement from Newegg. Overall i could not be happier with Super Flowers customer service.
