Where do I install the cable?I have A Gigabyte motherboard GA-
F288XM-D3H. The last PCIe is in the way I can't add my other graphics card because of that. The one before is PCI, has room. I overlooked that! Either get an adapter that connects the usb 5/9 pin+ the front panel, besides the cable is quite short it barely makes it.

Most supermicro chassis have a single ribbon cable that allow you to attach the front panel power and reset switches and the status LEDs to a supermicro motherboard with one easy connection.

If you wish to use a supermicro chassis with a different brand motherboard, you need this specific cable  which splits out the various circuits from the ribbon cable coming from the chassis front panel to  individual connectors that plug into the appropriate pins on your motherboard.

On your Gigabyte motherboard, the connectors for power, reset, leds are in the front corner near the blue chipset heatsink.  The PCI slots are not in the way of this connector.

This is not used for USB.

If you don't have a supermicro chassis, it is of no value.
