Everything looks good. Same model number. There are three cables grouped together that attach to motherboard from my power supply. Connectors are 24 Pin ATX, (1) 8 pin labeled P-22, and a flat 5 pin connector. The last is the critical one. It's the SMBus. Does this PS have that connector?

I checked this PS on the supermicro website before I purchased; Newegg had it slightly less expensive.  here are the PS connector specs for this model directly taken from
