How do you connect power cables from this to the motherboard?

This unit slides into the dual-power redundant housing which has the cables connected to the motherboard. You wouldn't need this unit without having the appropriate SuperMicro chassis and redundant housing. Hope that helps!

Does this PS support both 110 and 220 power?

Hi Peter D,

The label on the power supply states:
"AC Input rating: 100 - 240V /11 - 4.4 A / 50/60Hz"

So it sounds like it should work just fine.
