Will this board work with windows 10 ?

I have had this running with both Windows 10 and Debian Linux, and I think the only driver that wasn't provided by the OS itself was the Intel Graphics.

I am a first time builder.  Does anyone recommend this board for a first timer. Also, is a video card required for this board?
