I need 64 gb of memory in the server. Also, how many drives included?

The server will take 64GB you just need to purchase 4 16G SDMIMMs It also does not come with any drives but support 2 3.5" or 4 2.5" drives with the additional brackets part number MCP-220-00044-0N ... But keep in mind if you are using 2.5 the server on only supports 6B on 2 of the SATA ports and 3G on the other 2 ports and has no RAID built on board.

Is the riser adapter included with this kit to use the PCI-E slot?

No, it was not. I ordered the SUPERMICRO RSC-RR1U-E8 separately.

How loud is this box? Looks like there may be a decent size fan inside front cover.

Internal fan is pretty quiet, power supply fan is where audible noise is from. It is not that loud, but it is not absolutely silent. I use it as a firewall in my home office rack and I work in that same room without complaint.
