Seeing as we can dye the coolant, does that mean we can also change it out to another if we really wanted to?

Yes It comes with 3 colors. I purchased some 3/8 X 5/8 fittings and some 3/8 X 5/8 tubing and Drained the loop and added an XSPC reservoir to the loop. I saved the coolant and put it back in and topped off with Distilled water and the Blue Dye looks and works great. Make sure you hook follow the insulation instructions. Most of the complaints I see are owner mistakes If you hook the pump to nonadjustable header it will run at max speed which is not needed with this AIO my pump never runs more then 1/2 speed I have an 8700K @ 5.1ghz. Hooked up correctly and it's just about silent.  Love it

It's out and works great. Make sure you connect to the correct header or you will burn out the led's on the block and fans.

What Size tube is used want to expand to VGA block?

3/8" ID, 5/8" OD Soft tubing very easy to work with. I used these fitting when modifying my system XSPC G1/4" to 3/8" ID, 5/8" OD Compression Fitting V2, Black Chrome

do fans use 3 pins or 4 pins for rgb ?

I just looked at the specs on their store, it says all the fans are 4 pin. The RBG has its own controller that can be plugged into a normal PMW fan plug on the mother board. Here's what the site says:
"Speed control of fan and pump are PWM compliant, allowing the Drive X3 series to be recognized and controlled by the motherboard depending on CPU temperature just like any standard CPU cooler. The system includes a PWM controller allowing connection of up to 4 PWM devices (2 to 3 fans depending on model + the pump)  which can then be controlled as one by the motherboard.

For lighting control, the IRIS ECO controller also includes 3 more connectors for Swiftech IRIS compatible products, a two-pin connector that can be used for remote control (utilizing the mostly unused reset switch for instance), and finally a small button to change both colors and intensity of the LED's. "

What are the dimensions of the block?   does it completely cover the Threadripper?

I'm not 100% sure but I think so. E-mail Swiftech and ask them they are very helpful. I have a 8700K overclocked to 5.2ghz and it keeps it nice and cool I even added a reservoir to the loop.
