I do not see the 3.5" floppy drive opening on the front of the panel. Will this load 1.44 MB floppy disk?

No, this is not a device for floppy systems, those are rarely used anymore if it advertises as a floppy then the adis wrong, it does not support a floppy drive.

If you do not have any sockets on the motherboard available, is there a cable that it can converted to usb power ? Thank You

I can only assume that if just want the power you plan on using this to charge a phone. I don't think I have ever seen a 2 port USB (2.0) header to computer power (+5VDC). Depending on how adventurous you are and how good your skills with a soldering iron are; You could make a cable that connects +5VDC computer power. the safer route would be you to buy a usb hub that plugs into a PCI slot like SD-VIA-2UH from SYBA. will this work with windows 10?

Yes, this muti-card reader and writer will work with Windows 10. No drivers are needed, just an empty usb header on your Motherboard.
