Would this work with a windows 7 computer and a Advanced Matrix Technology AMT Accell 6350 printer?

Sorry cannot comment on specific compatibility with other hardware.  However, you should look to see if your current hardware is compatible with WIN7.  This card has drivers on the manufacturer web page for WIN7 x64 and x32.  So technically you are only adding a parallel port to your MB with this interface.  Your system should know how to handle Parallel port instructions - just like adding an additional usb interface etc.  Your legacy hardware may be a difficult one due to possible unavailability of drivers.  If you have drivers, I do not anticipate any issues.  Also look and see if your MB already has a parallel port.  I purchased a new ECS z87 MB and despite it not having a parallel port in the back, it has the 25pin connector on the MB that you can get the interface cable, connect to it and use one of the empty slots in the back.

Will this work on a mac g5?

IF Mac-G5 had PCI-e and Supports Mac OS/X 10.5, then it should wotrk fine, according to Syba site / manual.

I need the small bracket attached to the port, but it came with the large bracket attached. What tool do I need to change it to the small bracket?

Did the small bracket ship in the box?  If so, very simple:  You only need a socket wrench which fits the outside dimensions of the two screws next to the parallel port.  Remove two screws, the bracket comes right off, put on the small bracket and put in the screws.  Not too tight, they can strip.  Worth saving the large bracket if you ever want to use this in a full-size case.

I have an older Dell Dimension E310 w/o a parallel port connector for an older HP 4 Laserjet printer.  Will this printer card fit in my old computer?

I just pulled up an image of your E310 and I do not need a PCI-X slot. You need to find a PCI card (just PCI). The connection on it (where the pins are shiny and exposed) will be roughly 3x longer than the one pictured here.

Yes it will.  It uses the MCS9900 chipset.  If you search on the syba website (for PEX10005), they have a link to the chipset manufacturer, which have a Windows 10 driver.  However, it is unlikely you will even need this, as Windows 10 should have the MCS9900 chipset driver integrated, as Win7 & Win8 did.

I don't know much about motherboards and after much searching found that I have 1  - PCI - EX16, and 2  - PCI slots. Will this work? If not what will? Motherboard is Biostar N68S3+ ver 6.2

No.  You need a PCI-e x1 slot.  You COULD put it in the x16 of your motherboard, but that would prevent you from using a decent video card.

I tried installing this card in an HP computer (running Windows 10)  PCIe slot.  I removed a previous card to make room for this one.  The previous card was a PCIe eSATA board that works fine.  When I try to re-boot the computer, I can hear the hard drive make a few moves and then .. nothing .. the system hangs.  No sign-on of any kind.  I believe that I have completely removed the driver for the previous eSATA card.  Of course, I did all card swapping with the computer unplugged.  I also tried the new card in two different PCIe slots and was sure to correctly seat the new parallel port board but to no avail.  The accompanying instructions do not include WIndows-10 as a supported operating system but I see that other users have used this card successfully with Windows 10.  Any ideas on why I can't get the board to work?  Thanks! :-)

The card is defective.  If you examine the gold edge connectors, you may find a loose or partially broken connector trace.
