Any issues with this card and Windows 10?

I have not had any problems with this card and windows 10. I had installed this card while I was using Windows7. Upgraded to windows 10 and there was no issue with the upgrade or this card.

Question 2

Can this card be installed in a PCI-Express 2.0 port?  I want to get two of these and only have one PCI-E port.

Yes it can be slotted in any pci-e bus. However the bus data rate will be faster in a 2.0 port. These particular cards have a connection to support 3.0 USB ports on your front header of your case (presuming that they are 3.0) perfect for motherboards that don't have that feature natively. There are splitters that let you connect multiple front 3.0 USB headers to a single connection allowing  you to save expansion slots.

Yes, that's why I purchased this particular card and have installed in my current PC attached to the cases eternal USB 3.0 connectors

I have it installed in an older PC, ASUS P5Q Pro and windows 8.1 with no problems. Drivers' were found automatically.

Yes, I installed it on Win 8 and have upgraded to each new version on the computer in which i have it installed. Still working on Win 10.

hello, I noticed that many of these pci-e usb 3.0 cards have a molex or a sata power jack.  why is that there if its already plugged into a expansion slot which can supply power?

The PCIe interface does indeed supply power, but not enough power to run devices that you might connect to the USB 3.0 port. By supplying power directly from the power supply, you'll be able to connect anything you want to the USB 3.0 without issues. Some USB devices only need a small amount of power, but most do require more power than the PCIe interface can supply on it's own. This is why many high-end video cards require an extra power connection.

What's the difference between this model, with an internal 19 Pin USB 3.0 Head, & one with an internal 20 Pin one? Is one better, somehow? Faster, maybe?

It's my understanding that the additional pin just acts as an added keyed feature to keep you from plugging the connector in upside down.  Probably just overkill, since you can't connect them incorrectly.

Will this product work in a dell xps 8300?

Pretty sure it will. Dell 8300 already has the NEC/Renesas USB 3.0 controller onboard, so as long as you have an available PCI Express slot (haven't added anything else) this should use the same drivers. USB 3.0 hubs work too.

My PC's power supply is maxed out.  Can I use this with a powered USB 3 hub instead and get full USB 3 speed?

My power supply is still not reach the maximum output, so I can't answer your question. Anyway, the SYBA USB 3.0 PCI-e Card works pretty good with my computer. I connect it with an external hard drive and most the time, the transfer speed close to the full USB 3 speed. My operating system is VISTA Home premium and power supply is 750W.
