I have a fairly new Laptop, and have recently purchased a computerized telescope. I will need to interface with the telescope via RS232, if my laptop doesn't have any expressbus slots, how can I use this card to interface with a device?

This card plugs into an expresscard or mini expresscard slot on your laptop and gives a true serial interface. I use it for PLC programming, and some of our older devices will not work with usb - serial adapters. This was the solution. If your telescope needs serial, you might try a usb - serial adapter, as they work in most cases. Google your model and I'm sure you can find a recommendation for one which will work, but if not, this should do the trick.
