Will this card work with Win 7 64?  Are drivers needed?

Not sure, using it in Linux build but the realtek rtl8111 should have drivers for that.

Will this work with Windows 10 Pro on a Dell 0YJPT1 motherboard?

Yes, if you have a free PCI-E slot? Also noting that the clearances are VERY tight in there. Drives for Win10 are not were I could find them. But Win8 64bit and 32bit are easy to find. Just update to Win10 when they do come out.

Question 3

Does this product include the half-height bracket?  The picture on the box shows it but the images of the parts from NewEgg does not.

No. New egg is right. Std height bracket.  There is sticker on the box that states std height also.  While I am sure a half height bracket exists, it is probably a different part number.

Interested in this card for same intention to work in a hackintosh with Lynx RTL81XX drivers, question:  Does WOL work for you?

Or to any other users:

Does this card support WOL functionality in whatever OS you're working in?

Works for the thin client networks I have running xp/7. I was lead to believe wol is setup through bios. Some cards needed a separate cable for that function, but the rigs had older mobos. You should be fine
