Question 3

On 64 bit Win7 am getting an unsigned driver error on the card and it is not loading the driver. Is there a resolution for this?

I had the same problem when I installed , but I was able to resolve it via windows update.
Well, here is what solved for me, I disables the widows signed driver check on windows , installed the drivers and when I looked at the updates there was an update for the serial controller.
Running without any problem on windows 7 64bit. Good luck

It did for us & our serial device... The serial to USB sort of worked, but direct serial seems to work better. Again that may be device dependent. YMMV.

I installed the card and ran the driver install from the CD in my Windows 8.1.  The computer see the card and has given it port numbers.  In the device manager it shows both ports but when I try to use them it comes back with a Code 10 (can't find device).  There is also the little triangle next to them in the device manager.  Their website shows the driver on the disc is current.   Any ideas what I can do next to get these port operational?

You do not have the right driver. It may not work. It might be too old.
