What if I'm not ready to download Norton 360?

I've used Norton for many years & have always been pleased.  This was, however, my first time purchasing a download.  (I'm the old fashioned disk-in-hand kinda guy.)  I shouldn't have worried.  My home computers, tablet & android phone are all protected.  No glitches at all.  Except when my hard drive failed 2 days after I installed Norton.  New hard drive, quick visit to the Norton account management site, remove the old computer then downloaded to the "new" one.  Easy peasy.  Plus Norton reputation & industry reviews are phenomenal.  Buy it.  You will *not* be sorry.

I purchased this back in May and only put it on one device. How do I download for my other devices now?

Go to norton .com and open your account you made when you download it and you can do it from there if not open your email from newegg that you got your first download from and get it from there one more place is newegg .com find your order and download it from there  hope this helps you

I have Norton 360 1 user / 3 PC licenses v21.6.0.32 SKU 21294674 that will expire at end of this month.  Can I purchase the product key for this 5 device product and just "renew" my current installation without a full reinstall?  Will that "renew" process  upgrade to 5 device licenses or stay at 3 devices?

I know it does not answer your question, but I had 360 for the nodes on my home network and replaced them with Norton™ Security with Backup that gives me 10 device protection including phones. The price I paid was cheaper than a "renew" and it is essentially the same product.

Hello, I've been using Norton 360 for about 3 or 4 years on 5 home PCs.  I just bought Norton 360 Multi-Device for download and it won't install on my PCs.  It says it's not compatible.  Any suggestions for help is appreciated ?  Thanks, Rick

I would suggest checking to see which service packs you have if you are using older versions of Windows such as XP or Vista.  Otherwise, I would google the exact message it gives and you should find the answer there.
