Does this item come with rack rails?

No.  We had to purchase rack rails separately, but ended up returning them since they were not for pre-threaded racks - they were for the square type rack holes.  We put the unit at the bottom of the rack instead using the rack base as the floor.

The unit itself is fantastic - it was set up in no time and is everything that we wanted.
