Taylor’s TE10FT Compact Digital Portion Control Scale manages customer expectations with consistent products and maximizes profits. This compact scale features a removable 5.38” x 5.38” stainless steel platform and has an 11lb capacity and measures in 0.1oz increments, perfect for weighing anything from dry ingredients to steaks and insures products are portioned correctly. Easily and accurately weigh multiple ingredients in their containers using the tare function and use the hold function to freeze the weight on the LCD readout. The auto-off feature helps conserve battery life and can be disabled for longer periods of use and low battery indictor provides reliability especially during busy hours of operation. This scale can be powered by an AC adapter (included) or operate on AAA batteries (not included) for portability.
