What's the difference between PRO and not? regular non PRO shows a heat sink with fins but decription does not mention it

Kindly be advised that the only difference between T-FORCE CARDEA A440 and CARDEA A440 PRO M.2 PCIe SSD is their speed.

For CARDEA A440 PRO, it has sequential read/write speeds of 7,400/7,000 MB/s. While the CARDEA A440 only has 7,000/6,900 Mb/s.

In addition, for CARDEA A440 PRO there are two different packages of cooling modules for you to choose from. While the CARDEA A440 already comes with both aluminum and graphene heatsinks.

How is the performance of this SSD?

The SSD offers a maximum sequential read speed of up to 7000 MBps and a maximum sequential write speed of up to 6900 MBps, along with random read and write speeds of up to 650,000 IOPS and 700,000 IOPS respectively.

Do I have to remove the aluminum heatsink to use on a motherboard with m.2 heatsinks or is it loose in the box? Because I have a Cardea 2 and I can't get the heatsink off it seem glued on an and it may be damaged if I try to remove it. It has the same type of heatsink.

Please be informed that you only need to install one heatsink for T-Force Cardea A440 M.2 2280 2TB SSD to avoid overheating and improper heat dissipation. Having just one heatsink ensures efficient heat transfer, better fit, and prevents overheating due to heat entrapment.

Also, please refrain from removing any components from the T-Force Cardea A440 M.2 2280 2TB SSD, as this may void its warranty. Additionally, using third-party accessories that could potentially cause conflicts with our product may also result in the warranty being voided.

Question 4

Since the 4TB specifies it as TLC, can I assume this 2TB version is also TLC? Dram-less, uses Host Memory Buffer? This info is not on the Teamgroup spec sheet for the A440 Pro series. It should be. This is pretty important stuff, imo.

We would like to inform you that both T-FORCE CARDEA A440 and A440 Pro have a DRAM cache. They also use TLC NAND flash-type memory.

Moreover, kindly be advised that HMB (Host Memory Buffer) belongs to a technology in the NVMe 1.2 specification. All NVMe SSDs support this feature.
