Yes, these flash drives have an LED under the slider. The LED will only flash if data is being read or transferred from the drive, otherwise the LED shines continuously.

for the ones who's drive thats became corrupted and wont reformat, did you know it can be restored?
 Go to the Team website and DL their restore software and it'll make the drive reformat. tho you loose any data ,the drive will work again and again.  I dont know of any other usb drives that offer this restore utility, do you?

Mine hasn't corrupted, so I haven't looked into it.  But that's good to know!
