I have a wireless Logiteck keyboard and mouse. Both work with a single "unitying receiver". I just installed a second computer and the keyboard and mouse work fine on both computers but I have to move the Unifying Receiver from the USB on computer 1 to computer 2 when I want to use computer 2. Could I use the TUS 300 to plug the Unifying Receiver into and switch back and forth with it?

Yes, this item should work just fine for that.  Just plug the USB unifying receiver into the Tek Republic switch and hit 1 or 2 for whichever computer you are using.  I use mine to switch my Logitech gaming steering wheel back and forth from my PC & PlayStation for gaming and it works perfectly.  Hope this helps. :)
