Does it have QOS i am looking to control devices connected to my router to around 0.3mbps there using to much data . it will have about 6 devices total will this be suitable for my use ?

It sounds like you are looking for bandwidth control, not QOS. QOS controls specific applications of your computer, deciding which applications should be given priority, while bandwidth control will throttle the speed allowed of each device. The Tenda AC6 AC1200 has bandwidth control, but not QOS. I have my Xbox One throttled to half my bandwidth speed because it usually hogs all of it. It sounds like that is the functionality that you want. You could set the router to only allow each device 0.3mbps.

this says LAN Ports 3 x 10/100/1000M but tenda site says LAN Ports 3 x 10/100m what is it?

The ports are "ethernet" and not the higher speed "gigabit" so the router maxes out at 100mbps. However, if you're on a 60mbps plan or lower this is a great buy for the price as it includes a 5ghz network function.
